What just happened in your league — call-outs, matchups, results, punishments. It posts itself. Anything waiting on you sits up top.
🎱 How the draft lottery works
Your draft pick isn't handed out by record alone — it's a live, weighted lottery. The better your season ended, the more balls you get in the machine, and the better your odds at the #1 overall pick. Here's the whole thing, plain and simple.
Everybody's in
All 12 teams go in the machine — champ included. Your balls are weighted by where the season ended, not handed out.
Your seed = your base balls
Regular season sets your seed, 1–12. Playoff teams start with 13 − seed balls (seed 1 gets 12, seed 6 gets 7). Then the postseason adjusts it.
Win in the playoffs for a bonus
Top 6 make the playoffs. Your best result earns extra balls: champion +3, runner-up +2, final four +1. One bonus only — your deepest run, never added up.
The toilet bowl: climb out or bleed
Bottom 6 drop to the toilet bowl, where seed stops mattering — everyone restarts at 5 balls. First one to climb out: +1. Every spot you sink: −1. Sink all the way and you're the Toilet Bowl Champ 👑 — dead last, 1 ball, punishment earned.
More balls, better odds
The machine draws balls one at a time to set the selection order. Big stacks come out early more often — but anyone can jump the line.
You pick your slot
When your ball is drawn, you choose any open draft slot 1–12. First ball out picks first; last takes what's left.
🏈 Running draft night
The odds are public
Every manager can open the Odds tab any time and see every ball and the exact math. It's settled before the machine ever runs — nothing to argue about after.
Get on the big screen
League call or living room: open Lottery, hit 🎥 Event mode for a clean full-screen view, then mirror or cast your screen to the TV. Want a replay for the chat? Start your phone's screen recording (Control Center) before the first ball — then drop the video in the group chat after.
Go live first
Before the first ball, tap 📡 Go live. This is what puts every pick on the whole league's phones in real time. Skip it and the draw only runs on your screen — nobody else sees it.
Run the machine
Draw next ball one at a time for maximum sweat, or Auto-draw all. The machine runs until the whole pick order is out.
Everyone picks their spot
When the order's out, tap ▶ Everyone picks their spot. Each manager picks their own draft slot on their own phone, in the order the balls came out, on a 60-second clock. No-show? It auto-picks the best open spot so the room never stalls. You can also tap a spot for someone who isn't there.
The board saves itself
The final order saves to Lottery History automatically and every manager can pull it up any time — the commissioner just marks it 🏆 official. (A 📸 button is there if you want the board as a picture.)
The playoff bonus is a single amount for your best finish — champion +3, runner-up +2, final four +1 — never stacked. Win it all and you get +3, not +3+2+1.
Regular-season record seeds all 12 (points-for breaks ties). Seeds 1–6 make the playoffs — 1 & 2 get a first-round bye — and keep their seed-based balls, plus a bonus for a deep run. Seeds 7–12 drop to the toilet bowl, where everyone restarts at 5 balls — 11 & 12 sit out round 1, making it harder to climb. Win it for +1, or bleed −1 for every spot you sink. Check every team's math on the Odds tab.
How are my odds decided?
Playoff teams: (13 − seed) + a finish bonus. Toilet bowl teams: everyone restarts at 5 — climb out first +1, sink a spot −1. More balls, better odds at the #1 overall pick. Every team's exact math is on the Odds tab.
Do the playoff bonuses stack?
No. You get one bonus, for your best result — champion +3, runner-up +2, final four +1. Winning it all is +3, not +3+2+1.
What's the "toilet bowl"?
The bottom 6 teams play a consolation bracket where everyone restarts at 5 balls — your seed no longer helps you. Climb out first for +1 (6 balls); every spot you sink costs −1. Sink to the very bottom and you're crowned Toilet Bowl Champ 👑 — dead last, 1 ball, and the league punishment. Exit fast or bleed.
Can a low seed still get the #1 pick?
Yes — it's a lottery. Fewer balls means lower odds, but everyone has at least 1 ball, so no one is locked out. Anyone can win. 🏈
When my ball is drawn, what do I pick?
Any open draft slot, 1–12. First ball out picks first; the last ball takes whatever's left.
Is the draw actually fair?
Yes. Each ball is equally likely to come out — teams just have different numbers of balls in the machine. It runs live in your browser with no commissioner thumb on the scale.
Can I change the numbers?
No — the standings are locked. Only the commissioner can edit them. Anything you'd change on your own device never affects the live page anyway.
⚔️ The rest of the league
Big 4 HQ runs all year — here's everything else, quick. Tap any one to open it.
⚔️ The Big 4 — weekly head-to-head battles
Every week you call out up to 3 people — whoever accepts first is your matchup, the rest cancel. Your Big 4 (your top starting QB, RB, WR & TE that week — bench doesn\'t count) vs theirs — higher total wins. The window runs Tuesday to Wednesday night — matchups lock before anybody plays. You play everyone once before a rematch, and never the same team more than twice a season. Don't lock a matchup by the first NFL kickoff? You're auto-paired, so there's always a game. Win % sets the standings; everyone makes the knockout at the end — your record just sets your seed, and the top seeds get a bye. (Live scoring kicks in once the season starts in September.)
📡 The Booth — your league feed
Everything that happens in the league, posted automatically: call-outs thrown, accepted and ducked, weekly results with the scores, punishment photos, and commissioner notes. Anything waiting on you is pinned at the top. React to any of it with 🔥💀🧢👑 — reactions are shared, so the whole league sees the count. Tap Booth — bottom bar on your phone, top right on a computer.
💧 Water Bets — your bet, your stakes
Bet anyone, on anything — separate from the Big 4, just for pride. You write the bet and name the stakes ("loser buys dinner," "loser wears your jersey to the draft"); they accept; the loser pays up. Or skip the stakes and let the Wheel of Shame pick the punishment (Warm / Spicy / Fuego). No app money, no lottery impact — all pride.
🏆 The Belt — year-round bragging rights
The reigning champion holds the belt — front and center on the Home screen, with the whole hall of champions below it. It's the trophy that carries between seasons. Finish dead last and you're the Toilet Bowl Champ 👑 — you spin the Wheel of Shame (below).
🎡 Wheel of Shame rules
Who spins
The Toilet Bowl Champ 👑 — dead last, bottom of the bracket — spins the wheel live on a league call after the season ends.
The league builds the wheel
Before the season, punishment ideas go on the ballot and everyone votes for their top 3 on the Wheel of Shame tab. Voting closes on the deadline shown — no late ballots.
Top votes make the wheel
When voting closes, the commissioner locks the top vote-getters onto the wheel. Every punishment is remote-proof — doesn't matter where anyone lives, nobody escapes on a technicality.
The wheel is the law
One official spin. Where it lands is final — no vetoes, no re-spins, no negotiating. The spin happens live in the app with the whole league watching, and the result locks into the record book. Fate only counts once.
The draft lottery
Everyone's shot at the #1 pick — set by how you finished last season. This is the board you run the lottery from.
Every manager sees this exact page in the app, all season — the odds are public, so draft night just runs.
